Decide before you build. Your units, pricing and availability all come from it, and your website has to talk to it. If you are still choosing, tell us your shortlist and we will confirm what we integrate with.

Do you have a logo?

Ideally a vector file. An SVG or EPS scales cleanly to every size the site needs, from a favicon to a full width header. A flat image pulled off an old business card will not.

Do you have photos and video of your facilities?

Real ones. Your gate, your corridors, a unit with the door up, and your office. A renter is deciding whether your place looks secure and well kept, and stock photography does not answer that question.

You will need one you control. If it is currently registered to an agency or a previous vendor, start the transfer early rather than in launch week.
